If you use the excuse that you can’t exercise because you can’t afford exercise equipment, you will need to find another excuse after this post.
Exercise is important. Therefore, you need to find exercises you can do, that give you results, and an exercise that you can afford.
The first thing that you can do is to find an exercise that you enjoy doing. Additionally, find an exercise that you can do while listening to your favorite music or watching your favorite shows.
Here are a few to consider:
Go for a walk Do jumping jacks Do Pushups Do Leg Lifts Do Crunches Jog In Place Squats Weight Lifting – Can’t afford to buy weights? You can use milk jugs, water jugs, or laundry detergent bottles. Turn on your favorite music and dance Stairs Exercise – Go up and down the stairs
It is important to exercise. However, you don’t need to spend lots of money on equipment if money is a problem.
